The Path to Success Private Primary School, hereinafter referred to as ‘the school’, as the personal data controller, processes the data in the cases listed below (for example, the case of keeping school documentation). To exercise the rights associated with personal data, you can contact the school via data box, by email at david.svoboda@cestakuspechu.cz or by post at SZŠ Cesta k úspěchu, Bělohorská 226/103, 169 00, Prague 6. It is possible to contact the school for relevant cases and by the means described above for the purpose of exercising the right to access to personal data, to have personal data rectified or erased, to limit processing, to object to processing, and to exercise the right to transfer the data and other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. The above-mentioned methods may be used by data subjects in the school for data processed by consent to revoke consent to the processing of personal data.
